This GitHub Saved Filters extension will allow you to save your search filters for GitHub issues and PRs. You can set the filters to be shown on every repository, or on a specific repository.
How to use:
You can create, edit, and remove filters from the issues and PR pages. Your filters are stored in your local Chrome account, so no login or API access is required.
How it works:
GitHub issues and PRs pages, allow you to select a search filter and then query a specific codebase, repository, or issue. Your selected filter is applied to the results that are displayed.
